So Su's wedding is coming up really soon... I guess that for awhile there I just didn't think about it. I mean, I thought about it! But when I'm with her... I don't think about... I try not to think about the fact that she's going to be marrying some uptight jerk in such a short amount of time. I understand that that's the way that they do it in her family; that that's their lifestyle... but I just... it doesn't make it right. Just because it's tradition and expected of her... Doesn't make it right.
She's so adorable, and really the kindest person I've ever known. All of the Puff girls are nice; her and Meg, Su, and Hannah, especially, but mostly Su. I just... I feel like there's so much of the world that she hasn't seen and soon, after she marries this guy, she's never going to get the chance.
I wanted to show her the world I want to show her the world I sort of thought I can't She deserves so much better.
What am I thinking? That I'm better? Ha! Like I would even know. I don't even know the guy she's marrying! ...How wrong is that? She's one of my best friends and I haven't met her fiancee. Can I even call him that? It sounds wrong. It's stupid. I hate it. I lo
It's so easy to be around her. I don't have to think, or worry about what she might think or... Well I do! Never mind. I really do worry about looking bad in front of her, but not really. I'm not making any sense... Good thing no one else can read this.
The point is that she shouldn't be marrying him. She should be marrying whoever the ruddy hell she wants to, dang it all! And she doesn't want to marry him! And I'm the one that loves her, not him! And---

I was thinking... If you're not busy on Sunday, and you can get away from all of the wedding madness, there's a bunch of people going to the beach. You don't have to swim or anything if you don't want, I don't know if I will, but you can come! We could even get together before and do caramel apples like... someone suggested, and bring those and some regular ones for people to eat!

It almost feels awkward to be working at a place like The Source and then reading all of these entries about trying to get the Ministry back up on it's feet. Maybe it's just that I don't feel like I'm doing anything near as important - I guess I'm entertaining everyone while they're... in the middle of a disaster. Like they really need entertainment.
Anyway, things'll get better soon. Did you see that Death Eaters entry? I seriously couldn't sleep

So I definitely found this kitten on my way home from work last night. I'm not really sure if it's a stray or not, but I'm assuming it is because there's no collar and it's really skinny. It's gray and has nearly white feet and white under it's chin, so if it is anyones let me know. Otherwise I'm just going to take care of it for now.
I might see if Su wants it Su likes cats, I think I wonder if someone I know would want it.
Landon, since you are a terrible friend and didn't even mention your birthday to me and Melz after the Ministry ordeal, I believe that we owe you a night out. Others are welcome to come as well, of course.

It feels so good knowing that they've gotten so many people out of the Ministry! Not everyone lived, of course, which is unfortunate, but knowing that they've gotten out as many people as they have is really sort of soothing.

It's not exactly the the beasts that were there that scare me, I think that the worst thought is that even if they can fight of the beasts, there's no way that they can stop a building from suddenly falling on their heads.

So yeah, Puddlemere pretty much rocked the house last night! Brilliant plays, you guys! It was amazing! And just so everyone is clear on the matter, that was not me that sqealed like a girl when Eliza almost got hit with that Bludger. Nope. Never.
But seriously. It was a lot of fun to get everyone together like that. I haven't been around you guys unless it was at meetings for business. It was a blast.

I like cheese.
AND I got attacked by pidgeons yesterday after coffee with Su. They must like the smell of cheese.
I had coffee in one hand, and had just picked up a cheeseball.. and there was this little group of pidgeons, and THEN, suddenly a staring contest was on. And they started stepping toward me, with this greedy, eager little look in their eyes! So of course I started to run! The bloody things CHASED AFTER ME!
They took my cheeseball...

AH! I met a Muggle at the Halloween Ball!
I mean, it's not just any Muggle! It was a Muggle dressed up as Padmé Amidala! DO YOU EVEN REALIZE!? I was dressed up as Anakin Skywalker! Our costumes went perfectly together and she was amazing! And I can keep blabbering on about her because she is a Muggle! And she doesn't have one of these so I can go on and on and on and on!
Maybe I'll get her a journal! You know? Introduce a Muggle to more of our ways!

I GOT THE INTERVIEW! WITH FLINT! And it is going to be GOOD. His pictures came out great.. bloody brilliant! He is so moody, it is not hard to capture a great shot because he always has this sort of.. expression of doom on. We did the shoot in black and white!

PHEW! I just had the longest chat about computers. As if I don't talk enough, this guy just got me going. Had to go into all of this mumble jumble about why computers are convinient. Apparently he doesn't really like muggly things.. such as computers.. and me.. which my cheek found out pretty soon after I called him a little bugger for arguing with me in my office! You don't argue with someone in their office! That's just rediculous! That is their personal space to get away from the little buggers in the country like him! Anywho.. he gave me this nice purple splotch on my face to deal with.. and when I went to tell my boss what happened, she shrugged and told me that it brought out my eyes.

DANG IT ALL! My mum gave me the honest type of journal.. the type that doesn't let you lie, or cheat, or ..anything dishonest... so scratching out somethign I believe to be true can't happen.. sometimes I hate magic...
